Skyler Cruz is an associate who practices in the area of insurance coverage counseling and litigation. Skyler has handled coverage matters involving mass torts, product liability, environmental liability, construction defect, professional liability and other claims in both state and federal courts throughout the nation.
Skyler received a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2005 and a B.A. from University of California San Diego in 2001. In law school, Skyler was a member of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition in Vienna, Austria and served as Editor-at-Large for the Loyola University Chicago International Law Review. After law school, Skyler served as law clerk to the Honorable Dorothy Kirie Kinnaird, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County.
Skyler is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Western District of Michigan, and the Northern District of Indiana. |
