Bonny S. Garcha is an associate whose national practice focuses on insurance coverage, coverage litigation and reinsurance arbitration and litigation. She has represented insurers and reinsurers in matters involving large multi-national corporations on a variety of complex insurance and reinsurance issues, including claims related to asbestos, pollution, toxic tort, bodily injury, property damage, personal and advertising liability, professional liability, managed care liability and liquor liability.
She received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1999 and her B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1996.
Bonny is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. |
