Charles A. Hafner is an associate who focuses his practice in the area of insurance coverage counseling and litigation, commercial litigation, and appeals. He has successfully handled complex insurance coverage matters involving mass tort, product liability, construction defect, product disparagement, defamation, and deceptive trade practices, as well as environmental and professional liability claims in both state and federal courts throughout the nation. Charles also has experience in matters involving the London insurance market.
He received his J.D. in 2001 from The John Marshall Law School in 2001, where he placed second in the Fred F. Herzog Moot Court Competition, and where he was a member of the Moot Court Council and the Pace National Environmental Moot Court team. He received his B. A. in American History and Art History from Northwestern University in 1998.
Charles is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois. |
