Michelle L. Hall is an associate who represents insurance carriers in connection with matters arising under Director and Officers, Employment Practices, and Errors and Omissions, and other types of professional liability polices. She has also represented clients with respect to General Liability policies. She has served as a proactive monitoring counsel in a number of major securities and derivative lawsuits as well as acted as coverage counsel for insurers with respect to the same.
She graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University, magna cum laude, in 2001 with research honors in Economics. She received a J.D. in 2004 from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was one of five students selected to study law in London and work as an American Pupil for an English Barrister. Michelle previously served as a law clerk for both the Federal Trade Commission in Chicago and the Securities and Exchange Commission in Atlanta.
Michelle is admitted to the Illinois Bar. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association. |
