Joseph
P. Lang is an associate who concentrates his practice
on liability insurance coverage and commercial litigation
matters. Joseph joined Bates & Carey after serving
as coverage and litigation counsel to various domestic
insurers with respect to complex insurance claims involving
environmental contamination, products liability, premises
liability, and toxic mold.
He received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law
in 2000, and his B.S. in Pre-Medicine from the University
of Notre Dame in 1997.
Joseph
is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the United
States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Joseph is also a licensed patent attorney registered to
practice before the United States Patent and Trademark
Office.
