Mary F. Licari is a partner whose practice has focused on defending insurers involved in complex insurance coverage litigation pending throughout the country. These actions involve a wide variety of claims, including product liability, construction defect, environmental pollution liability, toxic tort and various business torts. She also counsels clients on policy analysis and the handling and resolution of complex direct insurance and reinsurance claims. She has spoken on environmental coverage issues to bar association groups and law schools. She has also defended litigants in product liability, medical malpractice, security fraud and various other complex commercial liability actions.

She received a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1986; and a B.S. summa cum laude from Illinois State University in 1981.

She is member of the Illinois Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and various other state and federal courts throughout the country.
