Charles J. Madden III is an associate who represents insurance carriers in connection with matters arising under several types of insurance policies including: Director’s and Officer’s; Employment Practices; Lawyers’ Errors and Omissions; Agent’s Errors and Omissions; Fiduciary; and Commercial General Liability Policies. Chuck has served as coverage counsel for domestic and international insurers in connection with a number of major securities and derivative lawsuits. Most recently, Chuck handled Director’s and Officer’s as well as other Professional Liability matters at a large domestic insurance company.
He received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2004 where he received the CALI award in Business Organizations. He received his B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1992.
Chuck is admitted to the Illinois Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association. |
