McRae E. Miller is an associate who practices in the areas of general commercial litigation and insurance coverage. While in law school, Rae prepared an appellate brief and participated in oral argument on behalf of a habeas corpus petitioner before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Before attending law school, she spent three years teaching elementary school in Houston, Texas as part of Teach for America.
She received her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School in 2006, and her A.B. from Duke University in 2000. She also received a M.Ed. from the University of St. Thomas in 2003.
Rae is admitted to the Illinois and Georgia state bars and to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.
