Marcella Novellano is an associate in the Appellate Practice Group, concentrating her practice in all phases of civil appellate and post-trial litigation. She has represented clients in a variety of practice areas, including insurance coverage, fidelity and surety litigation, commercial litigation and products liability litigation. With a nationwide practice, she has handled appeals in a variety of jurisdictions.
She received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2004 and a B.A. from Miami University of Ohio in 2001. She is admitted to practice in Illinois, Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, Southern District of Ohio, and the Eastern District of Michigan. She is a member of the Appellate Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. |
