Joseph P. Pozen
is a partner whose practice focuses on insurance coverage, insurance defense,
products liability defense, wrongful death, FELA, transportation law, and environmental
liability and coverage. He
received a J.D. with honors from DePaul University College of Law in 1993 where
he was a member of the Order of the Coif and a member of the Philip C. Jessup
International Moot Court team. After receiving a B.A. in Political Science from
Northwestern University in 1980, Joe served as an officer in the United States
Marine Corps from 1980 to 1985.
Joe
is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the Trial Bar for the United
States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, as well as being
admitted to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. District Courts for
the Central District of Illinois. Joe is also a member of The National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. |
