Traci Ribeiro is Special Counsel at Bates & Carey who concentrates her practice in the representation of insurers in complex coverage disputes. She has significant experience addressing insurance coverage issues including disputes over the duty to defend, pre-tender costs, late notice, trigger, allocation, business risk exclusions and additional insured status. She also frequently lectures on insurance coverage for cyber losses under property and liability policies.

She received a J.D. from the Washington College of Law, American University in 1995 and a B.A. from Hofstra University in 1992.

Traci is admitted to the Illinois, Pennsylvania, and New York Bars.
