Monica
T. Sullivan is a partner whose practice focuses on insurance
coverage and tort litigation. She has diverse experience
handling matters related to commercial insurance, reinsurance,
and professional liability, including accountants, agents
and brokers, architects and engineers, attorneys and directors
and officers. This includes coverage litigation, mass
tort, railroads and product liability, as well as tort
litigation. She also counsels clients in claims administration,
risk management, and policy analysis and drafting.

She
received a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law
in 1993; and a B.S. in Psychology from the University
of Illinois in 1990.
She
is admitted to the Illinois Bar, the United States District
Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois,
and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth
and Seventh Circuits. She is a member of the American
Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association
where she is a member of the Insurance Law Section Council
and the Women and the Law Committee. She serves as co-editor
of the Insurance Law Section Councils newsletter,
"The Policy."
