B&C Featured Presentations at Annual Railroad Liability Seminar The 14th Annual Railroad Liability Seminar was held June 27 – 30, 2007 in Rockport, Maine. This seminar focused on the claims facing the short line railroad industry, as well as the resulting insurance considerations. This year, Bates & Carey LLP was a platinum sponsor of this event, and two of its partners, Monica Sullivan and Joe Pozen, were featured speakers.
