Directors and Officers Liability
Our attorneys have successfully handled some of the most complex D&O claims to date, including claims arising from the IPO laddering litigation, analyst litigation, mutual fund litigation, and various corporate scandals. Our attorneys have significant experience investigating and evaluating D&O claims, coordinating with our clients' insureds and their counsel, preparing coverage opinions, participating in the negotiation and settlement process, and, when necessary, serving as litigation or arbitration counsel on behalf of our clients.
