Bradley E. Puklin is an associate who represents insurers as coverage and litigation counsel in complex insurance coverage matters. 

Prior to joining BatesCarey, Brad handled the defense of legal malpractice, medical negligence, product liability and general liability lawsuits. Brad has served as first chair litigation counsel in several lawsuits tried to verdict before a jury. Brad has also handled both state and federal appeals and has argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. 

Brad earned his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, summa cum laude, where he served as a member of the Chicago-Kent Law Review and received the award for Outstanding Academic Achievement for graduating first in his class.
