Brianna Caldwell represents insurers in complex coverage disputes and coverage determinations, concentrating on directors and officers (D&O) and employment practices liability (EPL) claims. Her background as counsel to insurers, including matters involving allegations of bad faith, sharpens how she anticipates the issues most likely to drive later litigation. She utilizes her experience to inform the coverage assessments and strategy that she brings to each claim.

Prior to joining BatesCarey, Brianna practiced commercial litigation at a full-service, international law firm in Mississippi, handling matters in state and federal court in a wide range of business disputes, including insurance defense, contract disputes, and collections. Additionally, she served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Bri earned her J.D. from Mississippi Christian University School of Law in 2022.
