Claire D. Fisher is an associate attorney who advises insurers on issues involving privacy, cyber risks, technology and data security.

Prior to joining BatesCarey LLP, Claire gained experience representing corporations, insurance companies and small businesses in matters of premises liability, negligence, Dram Shop claims and security issues.

Claire received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in May of 2021. During her time at Loyola, Claire was a member of the 2020 Clara Barton International Humanitarian Law Competition Team and received a certificate in International Law and Policy. Claire earned her B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Theatre Arts from the University of Miami.
