Kyle B. Mitchell is an associate whose practice focuses on professional liability coverage, specializing in the areas of cyber liability and privacy issues. Kyle’s practice includes advising underwriters on policy language. Kyle has represented clients in claims arising from data breaches caused by stolen electronic devices, violations of the Biometric Information Privacy Act, fraudulent wire transfers, and copyright infringements.

Kyle received his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. There, he served as the Managing & Business Editor for the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law and received a CALI Academic Excellence Award for Health Care Compliance and Regulations.
