Lauren N. Tuckey is an experienced and aggressive corporate litigator, handling some of the firm’s most complex insurance coverage and subrogation disputes in courts across the country. Lauren’s caseload involves litigation of product liability matters, as well as railroad liability, construction accidents and a variety of contract disputes. Lauren has successfully litigated multi-million dollar commercial and tort cases, including a favorable defense verdict in the Cook County case of Rizner v. The Weitz Company, et al., where the jury found the plaintiff 40% at fault for his own injuries due to his failure to wear fall protection.
Outside of the courtroom Lauren serves as First Vice President of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, Secretary of the Illinois Bar Foundation, and a pro bono Guardian Ad Litem for Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. She enjoys adoption counseling at PAWS Adoption Center. Lauren is an avid “foodie.” She graduated culinary school at Kendall College’s certificate program and is a Level One Sommelier.
