Adam H. Fleischer Elected to American College of Coverage Counsel

BatesCarey announced today Adam H. Fleischer has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC), the preeminent association representing the interests of insurers and policyholders in disputes arising out of insurance policies.

Adam is recognized as one of the country’s leading insurance coverage attorneys and thought leaders, handling some of the most difficult coverage issues facing the industry, including COVID, the nation’s opioid epidemic, football concussions, school molestation and malicious prosecution.

As an accomplished writer and thought leader for the insurance industry, Adam was named Elite Boutique Trailblazer by the National Law Journal and a GenX Notable Leader in the Law by Crain’s Chicago Business. He is regularly recognized by Chambers, Who's Who Insurance and Reinsurance, Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. 

ACCC has stringent requirements of membership, including having at least 15 years of experience in insurance coverage and extracontractual matters.

Established in 2012, the ACCC is an invitation-only association comprised of recognized insurance attorneys from the US and Canada who have been acknowledged for their work educating all sectors involved in the field of insurance law.
