Kari Timm to Speak at the 2016 CLM Cyber Liability Summit
Kari A. Timm is a panelist for “The Impact of Cyber Terrorism on the Insurance Process: What Is It, How Do You Recognize It, and What Impact Does It Have on the Lifecycle of Insurance?” at the 2016 CLM Cyber Liability Summit. Kari is a Partner at BatesCarey LLP who serves as coverage and monitoring counsel to international and domestic insurers in connection with cyber and privacy liability risks. Kari has represented insurers in some of the most significant cyber and privacy industry exposures to date, assessing liability and coverage, and advising her insurer clients on breach investigations, response and remediation. Kari’s experience in this area includes handling both third party privacy and first party claims (including cyber-related business interruption claims).
