Ariane V. Monaco advises insurance carriers on cyber, privacy, data security, railroad, and transportation risks. Her practice also reaches complex coverage disputes arising under cyber, errors & omissions (E&O), commercial general liability (CGL), and professional liability insurance policies. First-party and third-party claims both fall within her practice, as do primary and excess insurance policies.
Ariane earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May 2019.
