Jack Garvey represents domestic and international insurers in complex coverage disputes involving professional liability and commercial general liability matters.
Prior to joining BatesCarey, Jack handled workers’ compensation litigation on behalf of employers and insurers at a regional defense firm, covering all phases from investigation through resolution. During law school, he clerked at a Chicago real estate firm, drafting key components of zoning applications and assisting with residential and commercial real estate closings. He also served as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Annette Kingsland Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Jack earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2025.
