Paige A. Krueger represents and advises domestic and international insurers and reinsurers in various coverage disputes and litigation involving Directors and Officers (D&O), commercial general liability (CGL), professional liability, property and casualty, and personal lines policies.

Prior to joining BatesCarey, Paige represented medical professionals and healthcare facilities in medical malpractice defense at a national trial defense firm. In another role, she oversaw an insurance company’s claims and suits across the United States, managing litigation with outside counsel and resolving cases through settlement, dismissal, or trial.

Paige received her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2021.
