Jason P. Minkin and Jonathan A. Cipriani have published an article in The Maritime Advocate entitled Direct Actions Against Insurers and U.S. Limitation of Liability.  The article examine a recent US court case addressing the interplay between the Louisiana Direct Action Statute and the U.S. Shipowner’s Limitation of Liability Act.
