Bradley C. Williams is an associate who focuses his practice on appellate advocacy and trial monitoring on cutting-edge topics in courts across the country and advises insurance carriers in a variety of litigation matters. Brad works with insurers to obtain the best possible outcome for a case on appeal and has represented corporate clients across industries in numerous federal and state jurisdictions. He is well-versed in handling matters related to product liability and tort litigation, commercial disputes and intellectual property litigation, among other areas.

Brad previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey V. Brown in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
