Gabrielle M. Struik represents insurers and reinsurers in complex coverage matters.

Gabby received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2024, where she earned the CALI Award for the highest grade in her insurance law course and served as both Associate Article Editor and Note & Comment Editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal. She earned her B.A. in Philosophy from Northwestern University in 2020, graduating magna cum laude.

Prior to joining BatesCarey, Gabby assisted clients in all aspects of general commercial litigation cases at a national law firm in Chicago. Additionally, she served as a legal intern for Midwest Environmental Advocates, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the Greater Chicago Legal Clinic.

Gabby is a proficient Spanish speaker.
