Le advises and represents insurers on a wide range of complex insurance coverage matters involving D&O policies, professional liability policies including lawyers, bankers, securities broker/dealer, real estate services, title and escrow agents, and architect and engineer policies, as well as employment practices and commercial general liability policies.

Le has also represented third-party liability insurers in declaratory relief and equitable contribution lawsuits in state and federal courts nationwide.  Le has experience litigating coverage cases relating to significant derivative actions, construction site injury and construction defect cases, and issues relating to prior knowledge, claims made issues, relatedness of claims, allocation and the scope of the insurer’s duty to defend.
