Paige M. Houin is an associate who advises foreign and domestic primary and excess insurance carriers on a variety of complex disputes involving commercial general liability and professional liability matters. Paige is also a contributor to BatesCarey’s Opioid Coverage Task Force, which is dedicated to monitoring and analyzing lawsuits filed by state and local governments nationwide against pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and retail pharmacies in order to assess insurance coverage issues and the risk exposure of BatesCarey’s clients and the insurance industry at large.

Paige graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with a Health Law Certificate, where she was a member of the Loyola Law Journal and the Children’s Legal Rights Journal, served on the executive boards of the Health Law Society and Women’s Society, and worked as a legal writing Teaching Assistant.
