Kevin Harris advises insurers on issues related to commercial general liability, professional liability, products liability and emerging risks in cyber liability. A trusted resource for navigating coverage issues, Kevin is a key contributor to BatesCarey’s Opioid Coverage Task Force, guiding clients through exposure assessments and coverage challenges tied to nationwide opioid litigation.
Paige Houin focuses on disputes involving cyber liability, environmental liability, general liability and professional liability matters. As an integral member of the firm’s Opioid Coverage Task Force and PFAS team, Paige brings extensive experience in emerging risks that are shaping the industry, delivering practical solutions to clients.
Kathryn Kawauchi advises domestic and international insurers on a broad range of professional liability coverage matters, with a particular emphasis on cyber and privacy risks. Her practice focuses on pre-litigation coverage analysis and the resolution of complex coverage disputes arising from data and privacy breaches, technology errors and omissions, media and intellectual property claims, business income losses, and fraudulent wire transactions.
Sarah St. Clair serves as coverage and monitoring counsel to international and domestic insurers in connection with cyber and privacy liability risks. Sarah assesses liability and coverage related to breach investigations and the remediation process and third-party claims arising from data privacy breaches, tech E&O disputes and online media and intellectual property claims.
