Melinda Nenning provides counsel to insurance companies on intricate professional liability coverage issues and disputes, including litigating insurance and other commercial disputes in courts across the country.
Melinda has mediated settlements of up to nine-figure sums. She also advises clients on internal risk management policies and has represented clients in responding to enforcement actions.
Melinda earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo’s College of Law, graduating summa cum laude and was first in her class. During this time, Melinda served as the assistant executive editor of the University of Toledo Law Review. Melinda graduated summa cum laude from Bowling Green State University.
